When is my order processed?

Shop orders typically ship within 7 business days after processing. Shipping times may vary depending on our fulfillment partners.
Do you ship internationally?
No. U.S. only.
Are gift boxes refundable?
No. All gift box sales are final.
Can I get a refund for shop items?
Yes — if unused or if a reaction occurs. Contact us within 7 days.
What if something is missing from my box?
Email us within 48 hours and we’ll send the missing item. If an item is missing from your quarterly gift box, it will be included in your next quarterly shipment.
