All gift box sales are final.

If an item is missing from your box, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, we’ll ship the missing item at no charge.

Shop items may be refunded if:

• Unused and unopened, or

• You experience a product reaction

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
